What cleaning is included?
The same household cleaning we do for any home. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, living areas and general tidying. We agree the specific list with you before we start.
Will it be the same cleaner each time?
That is what we aim for and it is the part participants tell us matters most. Where we have to send somebody different, they will already know the arrangement for your home.
How do I arrange it?
Call us on 0405 118 748 and we can talk through what you need and how often. If a support coordinator is arranging it on your behalf, they are welcome to call instead.
Can family members or carers arrange cleaning on behalf of a participant?
Yes, family and carers arrange this for participants regularly, it is one less thing for them to organise.
Can cleaning be scheduled around my routine and appointments?
Yes, flexible times that fit your week are part of the service, we work around your routine rather than across it.
Do you clean laundry areas as well as kitchens and bathrooms?
Yes, laundry areas and general tidying are included alongside kitchens, bathrooms and living areas.
Is there a set list of tasks, or can we agree what gets done?
We agree it together, which rooms, which tasks and what times work for you, before we start.
Do you offer NDIS cleaning across the wider Illawarra and Sydney?
