Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Corrimal and Campbelltown, and work across the Illawarra, from the northern suburbs like Thirroul and Bulli through to Wollongong, Figtree and further south, plus Sydney. If you are not sure whether we reach you, call 0405 118 748 and ask.
Are your quotes really free?
Yes. Tell us the property and the job and we will give you a price with no obligation to go ahead. We agree the price before any work starts.
Do you clean offices as well as homes?
Both. Homes on a weekly, fortnightly or one off basis, and offices, shops and strata common areas on a schedule that fits around your opening hours, including after hours and early mornings.
Can you do an end of lease clean?
Yes, and we clean against the agent condition report rather than to a generic checklist, because that is the document your bond is actually assessed on. See our end of lease cleaning page.
Do you take on regular ongoing work?
That is most of what we do. Regular cleaning for homes and offices, plus ongoing maintenance for rental properties and strata buildings where the same jobs come around every few months.
Do you only do cleaning, or the other jobs too?
All of it. Cleaning is the core of the business, and we also cover lawn mowing, painting and general handyman work, so most properties can get everything done through one team rather than juggling separate trades. See all our services.
Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
No. We bring our own products and equipment to every clean. If you would rather we used something specific, for example because of an allergy, a pet or a particular surface, tell us and we will use what you provide.
Do you offer NDIS cleaning support?
Yes, for self managed and plan managed participants across the Illawarra. The same household cleaning we do for any home, with consistent cleaners and flexible times built around your routine. See our NDIS cleaning page.
Can you mow a lawn that has gotten overgrown?
Yes, that is a common first job. Tell us how long it has been since it was last cut and we will quote it as a one off, then move to a regular schedule afterward if you want one.
Do you take on small handyman jobs, or does it need to be a bigger project?
Small jobs are most of this work, gutters, exterior washing, general repairs. If it is a single quick task we may suggest holding it until there are a few things to do in one visit, which works out cheaper for you.
