Residential Cleaning Questions
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of our regular clients are at work when we clean. We can arrange access however suits you, and we will confirm the arrangement before the first visit.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. If you would rather we used something specific, for example because of an allergy, a pet or a particular surface, tell us and we will use what you provide.
How long does a clean take?
It depends entirely on the size of the home and how often it is cleaned. A regular fortnightly clean on a three bedroom house is a very different job to a first clean on a house that has not had one in a year. We will tell you at quote stage.
Can I change or skip a visit?
Yes, just let us know in advance so we can move the slot rather than lose it.
Do you offer one off cleans, or only ongoing contracts?
Both. Weekly, fortnightly and monthly cleans are most of what we do, but a one off or spring clean is a completely normal booking on its own, no ongoing commitment required.
Can I get a single deep clean, like getting a home ready to sell or after a renovation?
Yes. A deep clean covers the same rooms plus the extras a regular visit skips, inside windows and tracks included, and it stands alone as a one off job.
Do you clean rental properties for landlords and agents, not just owner occupied homes?
Yes, this is a regular part of the work, keeping a property presentable between inspections for owners and agents.
Will the same person clean my home every time?
That is what we aim for, and it is why regular clients stop having to think about it after the first couple of visits. Where we have to send somebody different, they will already know the property.
Do you also offer lawn mowing, painting or handyman work alongside cleaning?
Yes. Cleaning is the core of the business, and we also cover lawn mowing, painting and general handyman work, so most properties can get everything done through one team.
