Yes. Small jobs are most of this work. If it is a single quick task we may suggest holding it until there are a few things to do in one visit, which is cheaper for you.
How quickly can you get to it?
It depends on the job and the time of year, but for most maintenance work we can be there within the week. If it is something urgent, like storm damage, call and tell us, and we will work out what can be done that day.
Do you clear gutters?
Yes, it is one of the most requested jobs, usually alongside a driveway or exterior wash on the same visit.
Do you offer exterior and driveway washing as well as repairs?
Yes, exterior and driveway washing is part of the regular handyman work, alongside general repairs and gutter clearing.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance for rental properties, not just one off repairs?
Yes, keeping a rental in condition between tenancies and dealing with what inspections turn up is a regular part of this work for landlords.
