Can you clean outside our opening hours?
Yes, and for most commercial sites that is what we recommend. Early mornings before opening and evenings after close are both normal for us.
Do you take on strata common areas?
Yes. Lobbies, stairwells, corridors, lifts, bin rooms and car park areas. Strata work suits us because it is regular, scheduled and predictable.
Can we start with a trial period?
That is usually the sensible way to do it. Run a few weeks, see whether the standard holds, then settle on an ongoing arrangement.
Who do we contact if there is a problem?
Us directly, on 0405 118 748. You are not filing a ticket with a call centre.
Do you clean retail stores and showrooms, not just offices?
Yes, retail floors and showrooms are part of the service alongside offices and co working spaces.
Can you restock consumables like paper towels or soap?
Yes, consumables can be restocked on request, tell us what you need kept up and we will include it in the schedule.
Do you clean carpeted areas as well as hard floors?
Yes, hard floors and carpeted areas are both covered.
What happens at the first site visit before you start?
