An end of lease clean is not a big house clean. It is a clean measured against a specific document, the condition report your agent filled in when you moved in, and that is the only standard that decides whether you get your bond back. So that is the document we work from.
Send it through when you book. We clean to what it actually says rather than to a generic checklist, which is the difference between passing the final inspection and getting a call about the oven three days later.

End of Lease Cleaning Questions
What happens if the agent is not happy?
If the agent raises something that was covered by our clean, tell us within 72 hours and we will come back and put it right at no extra charge.
Does it include carpet steam cleaning?
It is quoted separately, because not every lease requires it. Check your agreement, and if it does, tell us when you book and we will arrange it with the clean.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, and ideally with a day or two between the clean and your final inspection. That gap is what lets you fix anything the agent picks up without missing handover.
Does the property need to be empty?
Yes, ideally completely. We can clean around a few remaining items, but anything still in the property is something we cannot clean under, and that is exactly where agents look.
Do you clean ovens and rangehoods as part of an end of lease clean?
Yes, inside and out, along with the grill. It is one of the items agents check most closely.
Do you clean inside cupboards and drawers?
Yes, cupboards and drawers are cleaned inside as standard, not just wiped over on the outside.
Can landlords and agents book an end of lease clean directly, not just tenants?
Yes. A reliable clean you can book without having to supervise it is exactly what most agents and landlords use this for.
Do you help investors turn a property around quickly between tenants?
